Where do I apply for a wholesale account?

What is the min. opening order amount?

We require an opening order of $150. Reorders are the same.

Who can become a wholesale customer?

Our customers need to provide a tax excempt form in order to purchase our products at wholesale prices. If you have a resale certificate, than you are eligible to become a wholesale customer.

What is your turnaround time?

On average, orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Name drop or custom items may be delayed due to the artwork approval process. Most of our items are made-to-order. Expedited order processing is available, however additional 10% rush fee will apply.

What is your cancellation/return policy?

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in the case of shipping errors or damage claims. Any shipping errors or damage claims must be reported to your sales representative or our customer service department within 7 business days of receiving the product. If an item arrives broken/damaged please take a photo of the item(s) and send it to: hello@creativecompasswholesale.com

Shipping Questions

What if my product arrives damaged?

Do you ship to Canada?

No. We ship wholesale to the continental United States only.

Can you use my FedEx/UPS shipping account?

We do not accept the use of shipping carrier accounts for freight payment.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Local pick-up is available from our Bemidji, Minnesota location.

Once your order if finalized we will coordinate a pick-up time/date.

Artwork Questions

Can we add a name drop to any design?

Yes! We can add a name drop to any design. We match the color and style of the name drop to the original design in order for it to look cohesive.

There are min. quantities required for each type of product, when ordering a design with a name drop.

Can you print our logo or custom artwork on your products?

Yes! The is a min. quantity amount per product that is required for custom artwork.

After we discuss the details of your custom products, a proof will be sent to you via email or text. This includes camera-ready artwork, or artwork we design for you. Upon artwork approval, we will begin creating your order and changes will not be available at this time. You will be notified when your order is complete.

Will we see a proof of the order?

The only time you'll see a proof is when you are ordering a name drop or custom design. Otherwise, your products will be produced like the images you see on our website.

Can we use your images to promote the products?

Absolutley! We want you to sell your products in the best way possible, and that starts with great photos. Any of our photos can be used to promote the products you purchase.

Payment Questions

Do you accept checks?

We accept all major credit cards and business checks. Returned checks due to insufficient funds are subject to a $30 fee. Payment is due at the time of shipment.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes! We accept all major credit cards and we do not charge an additional . Payment is due at the time of shipment.

Do you offer terms?

Terms are given to select wholesale accounts. Please inquire about terms at the time of your order to prevent delays.
